Salmon and Citrus Grilled Seasoning

Recipe

Serves 2 people

Ingredients 

2 salmon fillet steaks, skin on

1 tablespoon citrus grilled seasoning

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Method

Place your salmon steaks on a plate and generously sprinkle with the seasoning, making sure it is completely covered.

Then take a medium to large frying pan or skillet, heat on a medium to high temperature and add the oil. Once hot add the salmon steaks skin side down and cook on for 5-8 minutes or until the skin starts to go a golden colour. Now flip the salmon and cook for a further 3-4 minutes. Cook the sides for one minute each side. Remove them from the heat and leave to sit for one minute and then serve.
