Citrus Grill Seasonings Guide

Citrus Grill Seasonings have a similar distinctive flavour to that of a sharp lemon, with warming herbs, and strong garlic. Common ingredients for this seasoning are lemon zest, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried oregano, paprika, red pepper flakes, sugar and salt. These ingredients can differ depending on taste and different recipes.

Citrus grill seasonings is delicious, adding a fresh citrusy flavour when sprinkled onto various meats, fish and vegetables before cooking. It goes really well with pork, chicken, shrimp, fish, green beans, and zucchini.

These seasonings are readily available online and can be bought in various amounts depending on what you require. Alternatively you can make your own at home if you have the time. There are many different recipes available. You will also find all the ingredients to make this, available online as well.

Citrus Grill Seasonings Cooking Tips

This seasoning is versatile and can be used in different ways. When mixed with a good quality mayonnaise and some sour cream it can make a very tasty, dipping sauce. Or you can simply add it to a marinade before cooking. It is also delicious when added to a favourite salad dressing adding a fresh citrusy flavour.

If you get some melted butter and mix in the citrus grill seasoning to taste, it can make a delicious citrus flavoured dipping sauce for shrimp and lobster.

When adding this seasoning to other foods, meats and so on, try to use it instead of salt as it already has salt as part of the main ingredients of this seasoning.

Cooking with this seasoning is fantastic as it is easy to use. Just take what it is you want to season, it could be chicken, pork, fish or any thing you fancy. - give it a good coating of seasoning and cook it!

I like to cook salmon this way as I find the citrus flavours go brilliantly with salmon, and of course, salmon fillet steaks are easy enough to buy. This is delicious served with some pasta and a fresh salad.
